Participants must provide valid identification and proof of residency when requested. Employees of STARS Lottery and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets may be purchased through authorized STARS Lottery sales channels. No purchase method guarantees winning. All tickets are non-transferable unless required by applicable law.

Ticket prices and availability are subject to change. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements before purchasing tickets.

Draw Procedures & Prizes

Draws are conducted using certified random selection methods. Prizes may not be exactly as shown in promotional materials. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible tickets sold for each draw.

Draw dates are announced in advance. All draws are conducted under regulatory supervision and are independently verified for fairness and accuracy.

Winner Verification

Winners must provide valid identification, proof of eligibility, and proof of ticket ownership. Claims must be made within the specified timeframe as outlined in the prize notification.

Failure to comply with verification requirements within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of prizes. All prize claims are subject to verification and approval by STARS Lottery.
